The first glass of water in the morning
 
called body-purifying water, beautifying water,
and healthy water. There are lots of advantages of
drinking water in the morning while the stomach is empty.

Our body is consuming lots of water through urine, skin and breathing during the sleep. So, we are in situation of lacking water while getting up. So, drinking a glass of water can help to supply the losing water consumed by metabolism for the body.
